Do you sell physical (printed) books?
Yes. Every title on Book Store is available as a printed paperback with home delivery across India, and also as a digital PDF ebook. You choose the format on the book page or at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on all orders that contain at least one print paperback. A ₹29 COD handling fee applies. Pure ebook orders need online payment because delivery is instant.
How long does home delivery take?
Print orders are packed within 1-2 business days and delivered in 3-7 business days depending on your PIN code. Remote areas may take a few extra days.
What are the shipping charges?
₹49 flat for print orders below ₹499. Print orders of ₹499 or more ship free anywhere in India. Ebook-only orders have no shipping charge.
How do I receive my ebook after payment?
After a successful online payment, the thank-you page shows instant PDF download links for every ebook in your order. You can read them on any phone, tablet or laptop.
How can I track my print order?
Use the Track Order page with your order ID (shown after checkout, format BS followed by digits) and your registered phone number. You can also call support for status.
What if my book arrives damaged or wrong?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We arrange a free replacement or full refund. See the Returns & Cancellation policy for full details.
What if payment is debited but access does not appear?
Contact support with your payment screenshot, phone number and purchased title. Verified cases get restored access or a refund as per the Refund Policy.
Can I share the purchased PDF with others?
No. Ebook purchases are for personal use only. Sharing, resale or redistribution of store PDFs is not allowed. If friends want the book, point them to the store — print makes a great gift too.
How fast does support reply?
Order and payment issues are prioritized during support hours (Mon-Sat 9 AM - 7 PM). Clear details — order ID, phone number, screenshots — always get faster resolution.
